ShadeMaker is a manufacturer of popular Rollup Awnings, Bag Awnings, and Fabric Accessories for the recreational vehicle (RV) market. We sell to original equipment manufacturers, catalog marketers, wholesalers, dealers, and individual consumers.
In 1985, the ShadeMaker division of NSC Corporation was formed in Chicago. The first Roll-Up Awnings were delivered in 1986. A new concept in tent camper awnings was developed in 1987 and the Classic Bag Awning began production. In 1994, the ShadeMaker division was transferred to Service Manufacturing Corporation. In early 2003, ShadeMaker separated from Service Manufacturing Corporation and began operation under new ownership.
ShadeMaker production facilities are located in Chicago, IL.
